The building houses two duplex flats. You are in the upper flat under the roof. It is a very silent flat with no disturbing noises of neighbours. Moreover, neighbours are very friendly and helpful. The garage is shared with the person living in the lower flat. Carparking Priority is for you. There is even space for two cars.
