Easy going and friendly, your stay will be enjoyable and relaxing. I am located in a pretty, quiet and safe suburb just 15-minute walk (2.5K) to the heart of Surfers Paradise via Chevron Island and close to public transport and shops. Close to HOTA, shopping centre and Main Bus routes. I work full time at Griffith University on the Gold Coast.
Own Bedroom with own bathroom and toilet. Use of Laundry and Kitchen facilities. Clean and tidy home. Off street parking.
I am respectful of your privacy but will be on hand in the event that you may need some tips on getting around. I look forward to welcoming you into my home.
