Payment conditions:
Stay Less Than a Week: Full payment for the entire stay is required in advance.
Stay More Than a Week: Weekly rent must be paid in advance before the start of each week.
Bond Requirement: A refundable bond of $200 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, provided there are no damages or outstanding payments.
