This room is available for a friendly and responsible person who helps keep the apartment clean, pays rent on time, and respects the neighbors:
- 8 m2 private room with flooring and curtains from 2020
- an IKEA Brimnes bed with storage (extendable to double; mattress from 2024)
- Extra storage outside the room
- A desk and a chair, a bookcase, a stool and rugs plus orchids (all which you may keep in the room or remove)
- Pictures on the walls, including a city map of Gothenburg
- Shared furnished kitchen, bathroom, and living room with sofa , dining table, TV, and balcony
- The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates and glasses etc
- You may also borrow duvets, pillows, towels and bed linnen.
Location:
Majorna, one of Gothenburg’s most charming and popular neighborhoods, located just outside the city center. The area offers a variety of cafés, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. The harbor is very close, and you can see the ferry to Denmark passing by from the apartment windows. Slottsskogen park, a large and beautiful green space ideal for walks and outdoor activities, is also within easy reach. Public transport is excellent, with direct trams to the archipelago. Järntorget is just two stops away, and the central station can be reached in about 10 minutes. Trams 3, 9, and 11 stop at Stigbergstorget, the nearest tram stop (5 minutes walk away).
Always full month rent. You pay the deposit + admin costs to me when you receive the key and gain access to the apartment.
Preference: A 28+ years female with a work contract. If that is not you but you only need a short stay then ask anyway!
