The apartment is located less than an 8-minute walk from the Fontaine - Charles Michels stop on Tram Line A. Therefore, it is very quick (less than 20 minutes) to reach Grenoble École de Management, the CEA, the Polygone Scientifique, or Grenoble Train Station. It is very easy to lock your bike or to park your vehicle around the building — there are always spaces available, and they are all free. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage space, as well as a double bed with a mattress and a mattress protector. A desk, a chair, and a bedside table, are also provided in each bedroom. (sheet or towels are not included) The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hobs, an extractor hood, a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and even a dishwasher. The living room features sofas and armchairs around a coffee table, providing a space for flatmates to get together. Storage space is also available in the common areas, including large shelves and a big built-in cupboard. A smart TV is provided. The apartment is connected to fibre-optic internet. The living room also has a large balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. The apartment is always well-heated thanks to gas heating. L’appartement se situe à moins de 8 minutes à pied de l’arrêt Fontaine - Charles Michels sur la ligne de Tram A. Il est donc très rapide (moins de 20 minutes) d’accéder à Grenoble École de Management, le CEA, le Polygone Scientifique ou encore la Gare de Grenoble. Il est très facile d’attacher son vélo ou de garer son véhicule autour de l’immeuble : il y a toujours des places disponibles, et elles sont toutes gratuites. Toutes les chambres disposent de nombreux espaces de rangement, ainsi que d’un lit double avec un matelas et un protège-matelas.
