I’m subletting my fully furnished 64 m2 apartment in Hamburg’s beautiful Hoheluft-Ost neighbourhood while I’m away on a sabbatical.

The apartment is available from December 2026 until the end of April 2027, with some flexibility regarding the exact move-in and move-out dates. It’s ideal for a single person or a couple looking for a comfortable temporary home in Hamburg.

The Apartment

Located on the first floor of a charming traditional Hamburg building (Altbau), the apartment offers:

64 m2 of living space
A separate bedroom and spacious living room
A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher
Washing machine and dryer
Complete furnishing, ready to move in
High-speed internet

Location

Hoheluft-Ost is one of Hamburg’s most attractive residential neighbourhoods, conveniently located between Eppendorf and Eimsbüttel.

The surrounding area offers plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and independent shops. The nearby Eppendorfer Baum U3 station and several bus connections provide easy access to the city centre and other parts of Hamburg. The Alster lake is also within easy reach.

It’s a great location if you want to experience Hamburg’s local lifestyle while staying well connected to the rest of the city.
