Property Description
This fully equipped 3-room ground floor apartment combines modern living comfort with a green oasis in the middle of the city. The approx. 69 m² living space is optimally divided and offers couples, small families, or professionals a perfectly furnished home. The highlight of the apartment is the direct access to its own terrace and the small, private garden – ideal for relaxing after work.
