This lovingly and completely renovated 2-room apartment of approx. 50 m² combines modern, stylish living with excellent connections to Hamburg city center.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, offering pleasant privacy – there is no other residential unit above the apartment.

The apartment is located in Hamburg-Hamm, a centrally located yet pleasantly quiet district east of Hamburg city center.

The U-Bahn (subway) station Burgstraße is about a 5–6 minute walk away. From there, you can quickly and easily reach Hamburg city center.

Hamburg Central Station and Jungfernstieg are reachable by public transport (U-Bahn station is a 5 min walk away) in under 10 minutes.

For daily shopping, a Lidl supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away. Cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and other shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.
