The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a central location on Osterstraße. Via the hallway, one reaches the kitchen, the bathroom, a storage room, the living room as well as the bedroom and the study.
The hallway, the kitchen, and the study face toward Osterstraße. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove and a dishwasher. In the adjacent storage room, there is a washing machine.
A robot vacuum cleaner is also available.
In the living room, there is a sofa and an extendable dining table.
The living room is located on the south side.
In the bedroom, there is a large bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe, as well as a chest of drawers.
The interior bathroom features a shower.
The study is equipped with built-in cabinets below the windows and features a height-adjustable desk including a monitor and a reading nook.

The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet, etc.).

P.S. A south-facing balcony is also present, but using the balcony is prohibited until clearance by the property management.
