We are renting out our beautiful, furnished 3-room attic apartment in Hamburg-Eppendorf for six months, from January 1st to June 30th, 2027, as we will be staying in England for professional reasons during this time.

The apartment offers plenty of space on 86.55 sqm for individuals, couples, or a small family looking for a home in Hamburg for a few months – for example, as part of a professional stay, a research project, or another temporary activity.

The Apartment:
• 86.55 sqm living space with three rooms
• Fully furnished and equipped
• Bright top-floor apartment (5th floor with elevator)
• Quiet, friendly building community
• Very attractive location in the popular Hamburg-Eppendorf district
• Shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants, and public transport in the immediate vicinity
• Kellingusenstraße subway station within walking distance

We feel very comfortable in the apartment and wish for reliable and careful subtenants who will value the apartment just as much during our absence.

Rental Period and Costs:
• Period: 01.01.2027–30.06.2027
• Monthly total rent: €1,742
• Including furnishing, utility costs, water, electricity, and broadcasting fee.
• Security deposit: €3,889.56 (corresponds to three net cold rents).

The apartment will be handed over furnished and should be returned to us in a well-maintained condition at the end of the rental period.
