Beneath it, a dedicated workspace awaits you with a desk, swivel chair, ample power outlets, and a 27" WQHD USB-C monitor (75W Power Delivery & USB hub) for seamless single-cable laptop docking. Fast Wi-Fi via FRITZ!Box and a smart heating thermostat ensure maximum comfort and productivity.

For relaxation, the cozy chaise lounge invites you to unwind in front of the Smart TV (equipped with a Roku streaming box and DVD player). From here, you have direct access to the wooden-floored balcony, complete with a table and two chairs. A dining table, additional dressers, and smart storage solutions round out the living space.
