Bus stop for universities or hospitals are in a short walking distance too. Many students have lived in this building before, exactly for this reason: easy access to univeristies or hospitals (practice in medicine) but in a walking distance for the vibrant city center. The neighborhood is also an asset: All daily amenities are on your feet: big supermarkets, grocery, bakery,meat market, pharmacies, pastry house, cafes, family local restaurants, taxi stations, public transports, doctors, services etc.. The biggest park area "Eukalyptus" is just within a 5 min walking distance, under the spectacular Venetian Walls for slow long walks or jogging, facing marvellous views above the city and the endless blue horizon of Cretan sky and sea.. Optional is wi-fi with unlimited data (advanced program ) for 25 euros/month. There is also a solar water heating system too, offering all day/all year sufficient hot water supply. It is a non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The entire place can accommodate up to 3 flatmates, up to two persons in the double room and one person in the single room.
