You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only).

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your arrival.

Parking is available onsite for $20 per day and reservation is needed. Please contact host to reserve oarking.

A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.

Our standard check-in time is after 4PM - no check-in end time.

During your stay, the apartment is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect and to be considerate to your neighborhood.
