The building is situated in a lively neighborhood with a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurant all within 100 meters.

This brand-new, fully furnished 33m² studio apartment is located in a 50-unit building, and you will be the first tenant.

The apartment is a 1-minute walk from the RER C (Issy station) and a 10-minute walk from tram line T2 (Jacques-Henry Lartigue station) to go to Paris.

The apartment is very quiet as it overlooks the building's inner courtyard and does not face the street.

The studio comprises a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and a small balcony.
Most of the apartment has oak parquet flooring.

The building is accessible at ground level, with no stairs. The building has an elevator.
