Welcome to the property—Jacksonville's ultimate urban retreat that redefines shared living! This sprawling 5,400 sqft mansion, nestled on a lush 1-acre lot, offers both space and sophistication. From the moment you step in, you'll be greeted by 12+ ft ceilings, a light-filled interior, and all the comforts of home.
If the cancellation is made before 8:00 pm EST on the day before move-in: Prepaid dues and move-in fee will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.
If the cancellation is made after 8:00 pm EST on the day before move-in: No refund available for the first week of dues paid. Additional member dues paid beyond the first 7 days will be refunded. This does not include move-in fees, which are non-refundable. If you enrolled in a payment plan for the move-in fee, you will be charged the entire move-in fee as well.
If you do not wish to move-in, you must
a) Cancel your move-in by midnight (EST) in your dashboard,
b) Transfer to a new property (remaining 1st week's dues will be applied to the new home)
c) Schedule a move-out date.
The property does not require a booking deposit.
Rent needs to be paid weekly or bi-weekly in advance.
Credit card, Debit card & Bank transfer.
The property does not require you to provide any guarantors.
- A late fee of $25 is applied if the membership payment is late or if there is a balance from a previous billing period.
- A $25 fine may be applied for rule violations.
- This holding fee of US$99 prioritises & fast-tracks your application with our partners.
- The US$99 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you.
Students can indicate specific room number or location preferences during the booking process, and the Amber team will accommodate these preferences wherever possible, based on availability.
Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.
