This cozy 2 room apartment is super central and yet super quiet in a small side street.

This property was completely renovated in 2021: it has become a successful combination of an old building with the most modern living comfort.

The eat-in kitchen also offers space for the dining area. The table is extendable so that 4 people can be comfortably seated.

The daylight bathroom is small and nice: designer washbasin and toilet by Jan Starck, new shower with glass partition and washing machine.

The Wielandtstrasse is located in the southern part of Karlsruhe. It's a very QUIET street - although other parts of Südstadt are very busy. Wielandstrasse is located just behind the supermarket "scheck-in". The location is super central, i.e. within walking distance to the city center and the university, close to the main train station and there is access to many trams right around the corner. Shops for daily needs are directly available "around the corner".

Autobahn A8 / A5 as well as the Südtangente can be reached in a few minutes.
