The next tram station (Wienerstrasse) is only a 3-minute walk away, the lines 1 and 5 take you to the university/Downtown within 5 min. Two bus lines can be reached on foot in 2 minutes
(Line 12: directly to the ICE train station)

Shops are practically right in front of the door:
Penny supermarket, DM drudgery, Action Discount and the bakery are only a 1 minute walk away. Other supermarkets (ALDI, Netto & LIDL) as well as pharmacies and medical centers are just a walk away.
