Central location - just 15 minutes walking distance (or 4 min. drive) to the city centre. The apartment is located at Bugenhagenstraße, a quiet road between Schützenpark and Südfriedhof.

The dining area can be ideally used also a working desk. Electrical sockets, fitted with integrated USB A and C plugs are placed wherever practical.

All Dodwnlights are glass touch panels operated with different mood light functions.

The couch in the living area can be turned quickly into a double bed (140x200 cm) for additional guests.
A 50-inch smart TV with Magenta TV (optional Netflix and Amazon) is included as well as a SONY Bluetooth speaker box.

The Bedroom is fitted with a 180x200 cm boxspring bed which will guarantee the best sleep. A 3 m+ room high build wardrobe will give you more than enough space for your belongings.

The Bath is fitted with a shower and wall-hung towel heating.

In addition, you may enjoy a drink on your own little balcony facing the green backyard of the house.

A small storage is located in the stairways as well as community storage for a bicycle in the basement.

The whole apartment is laid with herringbone flooring which blends in perfectly into the super cosy but stylish design.

All you need to bring is your toothbrush to feel at home abroad from home.
