Are you looking for a cozy temporary home in Koblenz?
This well-maintained and fully furnished 1-room apartment with approx. 33 m² of living space offers everything needed for a comfortable stay of a few weeks to several months.
Ideal for commuters, Bundeswehr personnel, legal trainees, or project staff.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and features a balcony as well as a free parking space directly at the building. A private cellar compartment with a power outlet offers additional storage space, e.g., for your bicycle.

Thanks to the window front renewed in 2024 across the entire width of the apartment and the electric shutters, the apartment is bright, modern, and well protected against weather influences.
Amenities naturally include WiFi and Magenta TV, as well as complete furnishings, so you can move in directly.
Duvets and covers as well as towels... are provided as initial equipment and are included in the rental price. Laundry and apartment cleaning during the stay are the tenant's responsibility; final cleaning is handled by the landlady.

The apartment's location is compelling due to short distances to shopping facilities and important employers such as the Bundeswehr, Chamber of Crafts, schools, university, Debeka, and other offices in the administrative center.

The Moselle, city center, and old town with the Rhine promenade, as well as the attractive surrounding area, offer diverse opportunities for leisure activities.

Currently, due to road construction and the new construction of the REWE supermarket (balcony side), the apartment is temporarily offered with an attractive construction discount, which is already included in the stated rental price, including all utility costs and the parking space.

Noise and dust pollution is currently low; nevertheless, we want to transparently inform interested parties about this.

Available for temporary rental agreements from approximately 6 weeks to a maximum of 6 months with an extension option.
