Your future apartment is 23 square meters and is on the first floor at the back of the house. Thanks to the windows that open onto the garden, the apartment is pleasantly bright.

Within the house you can reach the stylish, luxuriously furnished apartment via the stairwell or easily via the spacious elevator. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024. From the hallway, which is equipped with a high-quality fitted kitchen, you can reach the comfortable living area and the fully equipped, stylish luxury bathroom. Even the floors in the apartment were completely rebuilt.

Access to the apartment is key-free thanks to the SmartHome system.

FURNISHING:
The high-quality, stylish furnishings are optimally adapted to your needs and offer a pleasant/luxurious feel-good ambience thanks to its stylish and modern furnishings. After a long day at work, you can end the evening in the swimming pool area on the 31st floor or comfortably on the sofa.

You can use the swimming pool after you have borrowed the key for the swimming pool from the gatekeeper during opening hours.

In the evening you can relax from the stressful day in the very comfortable 1.40 m box spring bed. The bed offers enough space for a maximum of 2 people and is already freshly made when you visit. Towels are also provided.
The fully equipped kitchen has a spacious refrigerator with a built-in freezer compartment, a dishwasher and an induction cooker. You can start the day with a delicious slice of toast and coffee. In addition to a coffee machine and toaster, there is also a microwave available. So that you can end your evenings in peace, you have the option of having your laundry dried in one go directly from the washer-dryer after cleaning. The stylish bathroom is equipped with everything you need to relax or start your morning and also boasts a new rain shower.
As a business traveler, you can work very productively even in your home office thanks to the fast WiFi. On the weekends or on a rainy day, you can just lie in bed and stream your favorite series.
If you decide to visit the many delicious restaurants, bars or pubs in Ehrenfeld, just take a quick look in the large mirrored front of the wardrobe to check your outfit before leaving the apartment.

DIRECTIONS:
Your apartment is well connected to public transport, so you can take line 5 from Cologne Central Station to the “Gutenbergstrasse” stop and from there you will be at the entrance to the house within 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can reach this luxurious apartment by car directly via the nearby A57.

REGULATE:
Since parties are not allowed in the apartment, you can rent the in-house party room from the doorman. Like the swimming pool, this is located on the 31st floor of the house.

According to the house rules, the quiet times are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
