The Rodderweg is located in a quiet residential area in the south of Cologne in the very nice district of Sürth with about 8000 inhabitants in direct Rhine location (recreation area Sürther Auen/Rheinradweg Cologne-Bonn) with very good infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity you will find various restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, doctors and a café. There are also various green spaces and parks, a bookstore and a post office.

Bus lines 131 (Sülz) and 134 (University) as well as streetcar lines 16 and 17 are within walking distance with very good connections to Cologne and Bonn. The freeway junction Köln-Süd is only a few minutes away, which means that Köln-Sürth is optimally connected to the Cologne freeway ring and the Cologne-Bonn airport via the A4 and A555.

The banks of the Rhine in Sürth can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and the Rodenkirchen Riviera/Beach with its gastronomy can be reached by bike in about 12 minutes.
