The 2-room apartment in a quiet location is located in the up-and-coming hipster district of Cologne Mülheim, near Wiener Platz. Despite the Alte Straße, the parallel street is the Berliner Straße with all shopping possibilities like Lidl, Netto, Rossmann, Bäcker etc. and small restaurants (e.g. charcoal grill specialities).
The apartment is located in the rear building of a multiple dwelling with very nice tenant community. The inner courtyard and thus all apartments are accessible by a gate entrance and thus safe.
-The train station is within 3 minutes walking distance, with which one arrives directly in the Cologne city centre.
-The advantages of this real estate location are the trade fair in Cologne Deutz and the very good motorway connections, which are perfectly accessible.
-Cologne Rhine within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as a park.
There are plenty of parking spaces on the traffic-calmed street in front of the house.
-Fitness studio McFit within 4 minutes walking distance.

The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, with all necessary kitchen utensils, different blankets, iron, ironing board etc. and fast WLAN Internet.
A pull-out sofa allows a total of 3-4 people to stay overnight.
The bathroom has an electric roof window with rain sensor, is light white tiled.
A new washing machine will be available for the next rental.

Optional are a 2 weekly cleaning service or a weekly cleaning service with bed linen and towel service. Please indicate your wish and prices will be discussed.

Trotz der Alten Straße ist die Parallelstraße die Berliner Straße mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Netto, Rossmann, Bäcker etc und kleinen Restaurants (z.B. Holzkohle Grillspezialitäten)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit sehr netter Mietergemeinschaft. Der Innenhof und somit alle Wohnungen sind durch eine Toreinfahrt zugänglich und somit sicher.
-Die Bahnstation ist in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, mit der man direkt in die Kölner Innenstadt gelangt.
