The studio apartment is modern and fully furnished. The place is in a street full of green (Dietla is a green beautiful avenue), probably the most important and most central street in Cracow. The place is perfect for 1 person, 2 friends (even 3 people would be ok), or a couple.
The apartment is located on the first floor. This is a studio with a private bathroom. There are 2 comfortable beds in the apartment.
The place is made of the main room with a kitchen annex and bathroom.
The cooker in the kitchen can be powered by both gas and electricity.
The pets are welcome! If pets, the deposit shall be 40% higher.
There are 2 single twin beds in the apartment (upon request the Lessor can get a big double bed for the tenants).
The place was recently renovated. The new windows provide a perfect insulation.
