The mini studio apartment has a fully furnished kitchen corner, a cool flat-screen TV, double bed (160x200 cm), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer and a private bathroom. The furniture are brand new.
There are 2 beds: a double bed and an armchair bed. The bed is a double size with a comfortable mattress. The place can host up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 single).
THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.
There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants (upon previous request). The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
