The apartment is located on the ground floor in a very elegant building.
The studio is made of a big room, kitchenette/hallway fully equipped and bathroom.
There is a brand new big sofa-bed, purchased in 2020, for 1 or 2 people and a single bed. The tenant(s) can get a play station and a TV (only upon previous request and if still available). The Landlord can get for the tenant(s) as well a monthly subscription to view the football leagues.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
The building is historical, charmy and very elegant. The closest bus/tram stop is Nowy Kleparz, just few seconds walk from the place. The old town is just 9 mins walk. The railway station is 9 minutes walk. The m(hidden)us station is around 10 minutes walk. The food market Nowy Kleparz market is few seconds walk.
The Business park Quattro is about 12 minutes by bus.

It's a market close to the local transport stops/stations. You can find here fresh fruits and vegetables, but you can see as well attractive prepared traditional food. You can barter in this local market flowers, dishes or cloths.
