Our studio is located in dormitory at al. 29 Listopada. We offer a 16 m2 room, which consists of:
· Living room with a comfortable bed, desk and wardrobe,
· Private bathroom with shower,
· Kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge.

The price of accommodation includes:
· 11-month rental (October 2025 - August 2026);
· Free access to common areas 24/7;
· High-speed Internet;
· Cost of utility consumption;
· Security (we provide CCTV monitoring and 24-hour security in the building);
· Technician service (we provide repairs of all faults);
· Our support during the signing of the contract and throughout the entire period of accommodation

*A one-time administrative fee of PLN 300 is charged when booking.
Payment information: Rent is charged on a monthly basis. If the rental period ends during the month, the tenant is responsible for paying the full amount for that month.
