Currently, 4 other rooms are also rented out. I invite you to familiarize yourself with the offer of non-smokers, no pets. The house underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2017. In addition to the rooms, common areas are available:

Public transport: bus stops: ul. Dąbrowa line 162 (stop right next to the house), ul. Tyniecka lines 203 and 112 (about 500 m from the house). The fees are PLN 1,500 + PLN 400 for utilities (water, electricity, gas heating, waste, high-speed internet). One-time deposit = PLN 1,500 monthly rent. Room for rent from June 10, 2023.
