Quietly situated on the second floor, this practical room comfortably sleeps 1 guest and is one of four private rooms that can be booked separately in a modern villa. The property sleeps seven guests in total.
Inside, this stylish property enjoys one large, shared living space furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a flatscreen smart TV, a desk and a dining table. There is also a separate kitchen fitted with a coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and two fridge freezers.

The property is located within the St. Julian’s area on the northeastern coast of Malta, a 15-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach in St Georges Bay and a 5-minute drive (30-minute walk) from Balluta Bay Beach. Both are popular spots for water sports such as jet skiing, paddleboarding and diving.
The St. Julian's Promenade is a 7-minute drive away and provides a scenic walk along the coast with panoramic views of the sea. This is also a great place to stop at a waterfront cafe.
Popular nearby excursions include trips to the historic towns of Valletta and Mdina (both a 15-minute drive). The closest restaurant to the accommodation is a 7-minute walk away and there is a grocery store a 1-minute walk away.
Malta's typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the lush, green countryside.
