The hosts Franco and Kay occupies one of the two master bedrooms at the opposing end of the house and the only thing they will be sharing would be the kitchen and living room area some of the times.
The hosts are in the mid 60's and do not use the kitchen much and normally when they do it is for short period and it it is immediately ready clear of anything they use as well as the dishes use that are clean and stocked if they are not using disposable plates. But when guests are at the home they try to avoid using the kitchen as they respect their guests and they are priority over their. During the day Franco stays in his office most of the time and Kay likes to stay in the Master Bedroom that is like a small suite. They do not mind to interact with the guest also but they respect the guest wishes and privacy. Their master bedroom is on the opposite end of the house all by itself, where the rooms of the guests are totally on the opposite other end.
Franco could get the guest a few comps to see some shows during your stay, since most of them they have already seen but no guarantees that during your stay they will be available. This is only a host generosity thing and shouldn't be implied as a must thing . The hosts are friendly people. Franco is Italian, Kay is Japanese. Franco speaks 4 languages (English, Italian, Spanish and French) Kay speaks English and Japanese. This house is amazing.
The kitchen, pool, spa, theater room, Living room and your room(s) and your private bathroom are available for your use.

Interaction with Guests
We are very friendly and we do not mind interact with our guests and we could also show you around time permitting if you need or want to. Sometimes we have access to some show tickets to some selected shows that we could give you if you choose so and save you some money on the night out. They are not the too expensive shows but they are good enough to entertain you and your party. This is something that I cannot guarantee all of the times but depending on the dates you come and the availability this could be a little bonus for you.
The Neighborhood
We live in a very safe gated community with only 6 more other custom homes and everyone here watches for each other and very safe.
Getting around
We are withing 15-20 minutes from the Downtown/Strip, Summerlin, Red Rock State Park and 30 minutes from Mt. Charleston.
Just 1.5 miles from major freeways and beltways and 1 block away from CAT Las Vegas Bus Transportation System
Other Things to Note
You will love this place. Short drive to the Strip, down town and if you want see nature the red Rock State park is within 20 minutes and Mt Charleston 30 Minutes from our house. And if you want to go to Lake Mead or Hoover Dam plan 30 to 45 minutes from our home.
