The location is halfway between the famous Spinola and Balluta bays; if you walk down the street, you can reach either Spinola Bay or Balluta Bay, both of which are about a 10-minute walk away.
The property is situated in a quiet residential area on Birkirkara Hill, San Ġiljan (St. Julian’s), an 8-minute walk from the sandy shores of Balluta Bay Beach, one of Malta’s most lively and popular seaside destinations. Everything you may need during your stay is conveniently within walking distance. There are two grocery stores and several waterfront restaurants within a 10-minute walk of the accommodation.
The Sliema–Valletta ferry terminal is a 4-minute drive/20-minute walk and provides an easy and scenic connection to Valletta, allowing guests to reach Malta’s historic capital in just a few minutes by boat.
