Quietly situated on the 1st floor of a modern two-story building, the property is ideally set up for alfresco living. Guests can relax on a private sea-view balcony or enjoy aperitifs on the shared rooftop terrace, with a BBQ, alfresco dining area and incredible views of the Mediterranean.
Inside the apartment, enjoys a comfortable living space that's furnished with a dining table, two sofas and a flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates a small separate kitchen fitted with a cooker hob, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.
Perfectly positioned close to the lively shoreline of Qawra Bay, there are various restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars all within easy reach.

The apartment is located in the vibrant resort of Qawra, less than a 5-minute walk from: the Aquarium, Cafe del Mar, Qawra Point Beach and Ix-Xtajta Beach on Salina Bay, the perfect place for sun worshippers and swimmers who can enjoy the crystal-clear waters. The town is also home to many water-sport activities, including banana boat, speed boat and jet ski rides, as well as kayaking, snorkelling and diving.
For history enthusiasts, the imposing Bugibba Battery is a 20-minute walk away, and both the ancient Megalithic Temples of Malta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the historic city of Mdina are a 20-minute drive away.
Malta's typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the lush, green countryside.
