It has two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (on the 1st floor a bathtub and on the 2nd shower), a living room, a business desk, a dining table, a kitchen and a terrace on the 2nd floor. There is a large terrace on the third floor. Each room and living room has a strong air conditioner, which is also used for heating during the winter.
