Our four bedroom home has become too big for me. All bedrooms have private bathroom with shower and breakfast and WiFi are included. I also offer 1 wash per week. Location is prime to all places of interest, entertainment, schools and shopping. We are 3 minute walk from a lovey bay and bus stops. Price includes: This includes water and electricity Weekly room cleaning and weekly personal clothes wash Bedding and towels soap and toilet paper Breakfast items and tea and coffee all day Use of full kitchen and common area This room is with ensuite bathroom. The bed is actually a large 1.1.2 size. A very small balcony overlooks some neighbours gardens It is on the first floor and has WIFI. Each room is allocated a drawer in the fridge found in the kitchen.
