Two-room apartment on the second floor without an elevator of a historic building located in the heart of the historic center. in a strategic position the apartment overlooks the main square of the city, Piazza Sant'Oronzo, and the amphitheater, exactly in front of the famous statue of Saint Oronzo, which gives the apartment its name. It is accessed via a staircase of sixty steps.
The apartment features typical ceilings with characteristic star vaults (5.30m).
The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, tableware, and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, moka and espresso pod machine, oven, toaster, and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, and in the first room there is a mezzanine with two single beds.
