Welcome to your new home in Connewitz, one of Leipzig’s most popular neighbourhoods! This fully furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m2) is in a beautifully renovated, listed period building on Dölitzer Straße. Just bring your suitcase and move in.

Each room has its own large double bed (160 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm), so the apartment works well for two flatmates sharing, for a couple, or for a professional who wants a guest room or home office. The apartment also has a separate kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a hallway.

Location:
Connewitz is vibrant, creative and green, and very popular with students and young professionals. The tram stop Hildebrandstraße is a 2-minute walk away, and tram line 11 takes you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. The S-Bahn is close by as well. Supermarkets are around the corner, and Bornaische Straße and Connewitzer Kreuz have plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants. The Auwald forest, Wildpark, the WERK 2 cultural centre and Lake Cospuden are all on your doorstep. Leipzig University and HTWK are easy to reach by tram or bike.
