The apartment is located in Leipzig's Engelsdorf district. There are three supermarkets within a 1-kilometer radius. The motorway exit is approximately 3 kilometers away. Bus stops and the S-Bahn (suburban train) are a 5-minute walk away, and the Paunsdorf Center is a 10-minute walk away.
