The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Wilhelminian-style house in a prime residential area in the Waldstraße district. The striking residential building with its impressive facade is a representative gem in one of the most popular residential areas in the city.

The apartment has been fully renovated and newly furnished in the Summer of 2024. You will find a comfortable sofa in the large living room which can be extended into a sleeping sofa for guests. There is also a big TV and a dining table that fits up to four people. The open kitchen offers all cooking items you might need in order to cook a delicious meal. In the bedroom you will find a cozy king-size bed (180 x 200 m). The bathroom offers a bathtub where you can relax after a long day.
