Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Diese kunstvolle neu gestaltete 2-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Gründerzeithauses im Westen von Leipzig. Alles was das Herz begehrt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Wohnraum

DIE WOHNUNG

Die sehr helle 46 m²-Wohnung mit Einbauküche und Echtholzparket bietet einen hohen Wohnkomfort mit schönem Ausblick in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Szeneviertel Karl-Heine Straße und dem Kanal. Das Stadtzentrum ist über den Clara-Zetkin-Park in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 10 Minuten mit der Tram zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer, eine moderne Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr modern und kunstvoll gestaltet.
Wenn ihr zu viert anreist, sind beide Couchen im Wohnzimmer als Doppelbett ausziehbar. Euch steht die gesamte Wohnung zur Verfügung. In der Küche findet ihr Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Kaffee und Tee stehen zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

BETTWÄSCHE/HANDTÜCHER
Für vier Personen ist Bettzeug vorhanden. Auch Handtücher stehen frisch und in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung.

INTERNET
Internet gibt es per WLAN und kann frei genutzt werden. Das Passwort befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Routers.

An ideal starting point to explore the city. This artfully redesigned 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a Gründerzeit house in the west of Leipzig. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate neighbourhood.

The living space

The very bright 46 m² apartment with fitted kitchen and real wood parquet offers a high living comfort with a beautiful view in direct proximity to the popular Karl-Heine street and the canal. The city centre can be reached via the Clara-Zetkin-Park in 20 minutes by foot or 10 minutes by tram.
The apartment has a separate bedroom, a modern eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The entire interior is very modern and artfully designed.
If you arrive in groups of four, both couches in the living room are extendable as a double bed. The whole apartment is at your disposal. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Coffee and tea are available for use. A washing machine is also available.

Bed linen is available for four people. Sufficient towels are also available.
