Small but nice! This modern apartment is fully equipped and is located right in the center of Leverkusen. The city center with its shops is just as easy to reach as the main train station with its fast connections to Cologne and Düsseldorf. The Chempark with its many companies can be reached on foot or in minutes by bus.

This modern and stylishly furnished apartment consists of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen area (stove, oven, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, pots, etc.), hallway and modern bathroom. Everything is tastefully and functionally furnished to make you feel at home here. The apartment is fully furnished and contains all the necessary equipment (washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, etc.). A built-in closet offers enough space to store clothes and other belongings. Bed linen, towels and a basic set of cleaning equipment are also available. The apartment is very bright and friendly.

It is perfectly suitable for everyone who is new to Leverkusen or who are in town for a few months for a project - also ideal for weekend commuters (own parking space at the house can optionally be rented). The location of the apartment is ideal. Directly opposite the Leverkusen city center with all shops and the (bus) train station Leverkusen-Mitte. This means that you can quickly reach Chempark, Cologne, Düsseldorf - as well as the airports and trade fairs in the two major cities.
