Super chambre à louer avec une grande mezzanine dans un immeuble sympa avec autres étudiants et stagiaires. Tous les locataires sont jeunes!
La salle de bain est privée et il faut partager la cuisine avec les 2 autres personnes du même étage.
Accès à un grand jardin et à la buanderie (machine à laver payante)
Dans la cuisine, chacun a ses armoires et ses espaces. Grand frigo ou chacun à sa planche ainsi qu'un grand congélateur ou chacun a son espace aussi.
Situé à 500 mètres du centre-ville, à 100 mètres des arrêts de bus vers toutes les écoles, à 5 minutes en bus de la gare des Guillemins.
Rue à sens unique, sécurisé, police et croix rouge dans la rue.
A 100 mètres du HEC.
Caméras dans l'entrée, porte de sécurité.
Ambiance très chouette.
Nettoyage des communs deux fois par semaine.
Tout est toujours propre et agréable!

Le loyer de la chambre peut varier en + en fonction de la durée.
Des charges de 45 euros/mois sont demandées et comprennent toutes les taxes, le nettoyage des communs, internet.

Fully furnished room in a small building with only students living in.

Room located next to public transportations with direct connections to all universities. 250 meters from HEC Hazinelle and various shops, 500 meters from the heart of the city center. The street is very quiet and safe.

The kitchen is shared with other students (3)but you will enjoy a private bathroom.
In the kitchen you will have your own space in the fridge, freezer etc. The kitchen is full equiped: toaster, senseo, microwave etc

The landlords do not live in the building but you can contact them 24/7 in case of emergency and during working hours for anything.
Common areas are cleaned twice a week, the building is well maintained, relaxed atmosphere, ideal place to study and make new friends!
Washing machine at your disposal (use is not free of charge).

- Large shared garden with barbecue set.
- Secure door with cameras.
- bedsheets and kitchenware can be hired during your stay.

You will have to pay the bills on top of the rent and this will include electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning of common areas, moving in and out cleaning and all city taxes. This payment will take place when you move in., for the entire period.
