HousingAnywhere trattiene il pagamento e lo rilascia al proprietario solo 48 ore dopo il tuo ingresso. Se l'alloggio non corrisponde all'annuncio, segnalalo entro quelle 48 ore e recupera i soldi

Cozy double bedroom in a spacious 6-bedroom house, perfect for those seeking comfort and practicality. The property includes a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 shared bathrooms, offering a functional and welcoming environment.

Located in the vibrant Campo Pequeno neighborhood, the area is well-known for its central location and excellent accessibility. Within walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, gyms, and the iconic Campo Pequeno shopping and cultural venue. The neighborhood is very well connected by public transport, including metro and bus lines, making it easy to get around the city.

It is also close to several universities and educational institutions, such as Instituto Superior Técnico, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and Universidade de Lisboa, making it an ideal option for students and young professionals seeking a comfortable stay in a lively and convenient area.

The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included).
The price shown is for one person. For an extra person in the reservation, the price is 90€ higher.

We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes.

At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee.

There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves.

Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged.
