Located next to the new faculties in Ljubljana-Vič the apartment LARA on Poklukarjeva street offers 8-10 minutes walking distance to the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology and Biotechnical Faculty.

The apartment is looking to the Castle Hill from all rooms and balcony and is charged with positive energy. The newly renovated apartment is on the 4th floor and has two bedrooms. A bright 18m2 bedroom has two beds and two writing desks and a big balkony, a bright 16m2 bedroom has two beds and and also two writing desks.
Beds in both rooms can be put together or be separate.
There is a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and dining corner for 4 people, big bathroom with bath tub and washing machine. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, towels, linen, air conditioning and free WiFi internet access.
In the near is a grocery store and cafes and the bus stations for bus lines 14. About 10 minutes walking distance to bus line 6 and also free city bicycle station. Free parking space in front of the building is a rare luxury in Ljubljana. Bicycle storage place in the building.

Everybody gets a contract in Slovene and/or English.

1. We are a family business – lessors are alternately all family members; manager is always Karin K.
2. All tenants get contracts in English and explained major necessary steps for the neccessary registration at Upravna enota Ljubljana.
3. When the tenant pays a security deposit of one month's rent via bank the contract is valid.
4. Rent is paid on bank account in advance till 5th in month.
5. Security deposit is paid back to tenant at the end. When enrolling, the tenant is obliged to inspect the apartment, equipment and all devices - including all electrical and household appliances and air conditioners.
6. The costs include everything – maintenance, heating, electricity, gas, water and internet.
7. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
8. The rent price also includes one set of linen and 2 towels per person.
