200 Sq ft studio without a kitchen. Comes with a new full-sized bed, frame, desk, chair, shelving unit, & refrigerator. Less than 200 sq. ft. Great for a crash pad, second home, or for one who travels a lot. All utilities paid (Water, trash, electric, and WIFI). No laundry. Plenty of free street parking (no not park on or block driveway).

Please note:
- We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies.
- There isn’t a kitchen but there is a mini refrigerator.
- No outside storage of any kind.
- The front house from time to time does get rented out for birthday parties, weddings, and different sorts of events where they use the backyard. These events are supposed to shut down by 8 p.m. and cleaned up by 9 p.m. They are told to keep the volume down if they want to congregate in the backyard, but not every reservation follows the rules. Would not be suitable for a light sleeper unless wearing earplugs works.

Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
