Su HomeStay invii la richiesta di prenotazione e non ti viene addebitato nulla finché il proprietario non conferma. Una volta accettata, pagherai il primo mese sulla loro piattaforma e potrebbero chiederti qualche documento aggiuntivo, ad esempio:
- Carta d'identità o passaporto
- Prova di solvibilità
Trasferisciti!
Organizza la data di arrivo nell'alloggio, la consegna delle chiavi e tutto il resto direttamente con il proprietario. Ricorda inoltre che la maggior parte dei partner trasferisce il tuo denaro al proprietario solo 48 ore dopo il tuo arrivo nell'alloggio.

Book at least for one month & you will like to extend your stay or become our regular guest, most guests do it.

Your home away from home is in Los Angeles California in a quiet and safe area called Silver Lake located between downtown LA and Hollywood. Come stay with us for a few days and then you may decide to extend your stay with us, most people tell us that they don't want to leave our place, they get very comfortable with us.

My family and I have live in the Silver Lake area for the past 30 years and 26 residing in this house.

Family members are my husband Ricardo "Ricky Rock" musician, my son Riccardo who is a professional film camera operator, my daughter Marcy who is attending music school, my children and husband are music talented.

Your bedroom has a full size real and comfortable bed, with it private restroom, private entrance, a small fridge, air conditioning, clean sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and all the essentials.

The house has a big front yard with all kinds of trees and flowers. We have 1 dog "Rain" a sweet mix Greyhound/Doberman. Sorry but we don't accept pets as guest. If you have a service dog be aware that our dog is territorial with other animals but loves people.

This is a musical talented family, and we have all kinds of instruments, guitars and guitar bass (more than all my fingers), drum sets, violin, piano, and keyboards, most of them are in the back of the home recording studio which is sound proof.

We all speak English, Spanish and dad also speaks Italian. As a family we have traveled to many exciting countries in America, Europe and Asia.

We love to meet people from all over the world and show them our beautiful city.

We will make it easy and safe on you, we will pick you up from the airport/bus/train station for a $60 fee.

PAYMENT: must pre-pay at least a week prior to your arrival to secure your reservation. I will send you a payment request via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or PayPal.

You may also pay cash at first day of arrival but you need to ASSURE me that you are showing up.

PARKING: free street parking only, it’s LA you know parking is premium.
