Arbeits-/Frühstückstheke, separater Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit großes Doppelbett (kann als Twin-Betten umgestellt werden), sowie ein großer Balkon.

Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kapseln-Kaffee-Maschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und vieles mehr ausgestattet.

Lage:
• Direkt in der Innenstadt von Ludwigshafen gelegen: Ganze Bandbreite an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe
• 250 m vom Berliner Platz entfernt (zentraler Knotenpunkt für Straßenbahnen, Busse)
