Stay in this beautiful 45-square-meter one-bedroom apartment, completely renovated in 2025 and ideally located in the Perrache–Confluence neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon’s 2nd arrondissement.

Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a building secured by an intercom system, this very quiet apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. Fully furnished, equipped, and featuring Wi-Fi, it’s ready for you to move right in: all you have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy your stay in Lyon.

Its location allows you to fully enjoy the vibrant Confluence neighborhood while remaining perfectly connected to downtown. The S1 electric bus, which serves the Presqu’île, is just 50 meters away, while the Sainte-Blandine tram stop (line T1) is about 200 meters away.

The Confluence shopping center, with its many stores, restaurants, and movie theaters, is just 300 meters away. Just 400 meters away, you can also board the Vaporetto for a pleasant boat ride to Bellecour and Vieux Lyon–Saint-Paul.

Perrache Station is about a 10-minute walk away and offers numerous connections to SNCF trains, Metro Line A, and tram lines T1 and T2. The Confluence station on the NAVI1 river shuttle is also about a 10-minute walk away.
