Landlord will not ask for admin fee in bookings with stay ONLY in July and August. Price of the rent will vary from September onwards - please ask to the landlord for confirmation on the price. Check out this awesome apartment near Sevilla metro station, several green areas, restaurants, cafés and stores!\r\nThis apartment has five bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms are neatly decorated and feature all the commodities to fit your student lifestyle. The kitchen is equipped with the appliances you'll need to cook your meals and the living room has a modern and comfortable feel.\r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old.
Bed linen and towels are NOT included. the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
The same cancellation policy applies to all accommodations, based on how far ahead of the move-in date you cancel. The refund includes the first month and the booking fee:
