This stylish and sunny top floor apartment is located on the 4th floor of the apartment building.
A large bedroom / living room / study to the left with its big and luminous windows, a spacious kitchen in the middle, a bathroom with washing machine to the right and a generous entrance area including storage room offer space and room to live and feel good.
The apartment is fully furnished including bed linen, crockery and first cleaning materials. All you need are your personal belongings. Everything else is already in the apartment and is waiting for you!

Bedroom / living room / study:
This room with about 30 square meters is lovingly and carefully furnished. There is a bed incl. bedding and bed linen, a closet, a bookshelf, a couch, a few shelves, a desk and an office chair. A beautiful carpet completes the overall picture.

Kitchen:
Fully fitted kitchen, freestanding fridge, table and chairs as well as the essentials for cooking and eating are provided. Cooking pots, plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, glasses, large bowls, it's all there. The kitchen is looking forward to convivial cooking evenings.

Bathroom:
The well-designed bathroom has a bathtub, a washing machine and a mirror cabinet. There is also enough space for additional cupboards if required.

Hallway / storage room:
A highlight of this apartment is the hallway with its storage room. Vacuum cleaners, sports equipment, umbrellas, winter jackets, boots and much more can be stored here.

Location
The apartment is located in a quiet street in a residential area.
All daily necessities are nearby: A supermarket 5 min. walk, public transportation 7 min. walk, other shopping facilities also all within 5-10 minutes.
Also easy to reach by car due to the good connection to the highway without the noise.

Good to know:
Minimum rental period is 6 months.
