Object description
A renovated Wilhelminian style brownstone townhouse awaits you located in Mainz downtown. The bright, beautifully cut 1 room, kitchen, bathroom, patio/terrace apartment with the latest facilities offers an elegant and comfortable home with the perfect combination of green and urban living in an ideal location with a view into the approx. 50 m² backyard. The quiet Adam-Karrillon-Straße is located in the center of the popular Mainzer Neustadt, 6 minutes walk from the main station.

Equipment
The bright apartment features wood-look tiles in the living room and large porcelain stoneware in the bathroom. The modern bathroom is equipped with high-quality sanitary objects and a large shower.
In the kitchen, a well-equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired.
In the entrance area, the historic cement tiles and the original staircase with its elaborate banister have been preserved and renovated.

Electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi are included.
A bicycle is available, car parking spaces can be rented in the nearby parking garage of the Bonifatius Towers.

Location
The apartment is located in Mainz downtown in the traffic-calmed Adam-Karrillon-Straße. The backyard with its flowers and trees and the green courtyards of the neighborhood create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
You have ideal access to public transportation due to the proximity to Mainz's main train station (approx. 6 minutes) and thus an optimal connection to the entire Rhine-Main area. Two bus stops are right around the corner. You can also reach the Höfchen (pedestrian zone of the city center) or the banks of the river Rhine in just a few minutes.
The house is located in the center of the hip Mainzer Neustadt, where many small cafes, bars, shops and restaurants entice you to stroll and explore. The local supply is also not to be surpassed: Rossmann, Rewe, Penny, pharmacies, banks, doctors, fitness studio and many other businesses for your daily needs are within walking distance.
