The apartment with excellent privacy is located in Mannheim's finest neighborhood called Oststadt, between the Congress Center Rosengarten and the National Theater, just behind the Dorint Hotel. To the main train station it's a 10 min walk, to the city center a 3 min walk.
About 40m² in size, fully furnished & equipped, has 1.5 rooms & a balcony with a magnificent view of Mannheim's landmark, the water tower.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (big, modern elevator), has a parquet floor, is very bright and well soundproofed (thick walls). In the evening it's very quiet, in the immediate vicinity are 2 bakeries, a butcher, modern cafes, a Penny and a Rewe as well as the "Planken" and the "Fressgasse" (downtown Mannheim).
After a cozy 15 minutes walk you reach the "Luisenpark", one of the most beautiful parks in Europe.
